HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU ?
On the " Consultation Topics " page [ or on our home page ] , Please click on the Consultation type [ ex. : Medical Consultation : Skin ] , and peruse the list of different conditions we can treat.
Following which , Please click on the" Request to Book " link, which will take you to a calendar of appointments and will allow you to choose your preferred date and time slot while seeing other slots that have been booked earlier.
Based on availabilities of date and time, we will get back to you with either a confirmation of the same or a suggested rescheduled time slot, which once okayed by you will reflect on our website.
WHAT DOES A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT GET ME ?
Once we confirm your appointment time, you will be intimated about the same via sms / email / phone call.
On your acceptance of this appointment , you will need to kindly send us the requisite fee via the payment portals mentioned below.
On receipt of the same, our appointment with you will entitle you to an upper limit of 40 minutes, of dedicated consultation time with Dr. Haritha
HOW DO I PAY YOU ?
At present we accept payments via GooglePay, PhonePe and Paytm on the number : +91 97424 72273
Post consultation , we will send you a receipt for the same via email by the end of the day
ARE FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION CALLS BILLABLE?
The first session/call is billable. Over the next month [ 30 days ] any queries , follow ups on the same issue / condition that was addressed first, will not be charged.
However, any consultation on a different issue or topic will be considered as a new consultation , and therefore billable.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT ?
While we try to meet you as per your preferred booking slot, Sometimes we may need to get back to you with confirmations on the same.
However , prior to a confirmation of appointment on our website's calender, we will reach out to you via sms / phone call to coordinate the same

We have a network of associated clinics and labs across the city. Depending on the nature of your procedure and convenience to your location / address , we will set up the needful in coordination with you

We use Whatsapp Video / Whastapp audio, Iphone FaceTime and Zoom calls [ if required ]
WILL I GET THE NECESSARY ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS VIA A CONSULTATION WITH YOU ?
We are confident that you will leave better off, than you were before you spoke with us, with regard to your particular derma issue.
We will definitely direct you towards and even help you with the necessary allopathic fixes and procedures.
However the solution can be varying in duration and number of sittings. We will support you through the entire length of what may be required
WILL THERE BE A REQUIREMENT FOR YOU TO MEET WITH ME IN PERSON TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS OVER AND ABOVE A CONSULTATION ?
Depending on the nature of your condition, we will decide with you a convenient time and place to meet in person.
DO I NEED TO WRITE TO YOU VIA EMAIL, WITH A SUMMARIZED VERSION OF MY DERMA CONCERN PRIOR TO US TALKING IN LIEU OF MY CONSULTATION ?
A small write up while " booking " your appointment, in the message box describing your concerns over an issue you need help with, along with your medical history [ does not have to be present issue / derma related ] will certainly help in us assessing our situation and preparing a concise and accurate platform for your consultation
